The Victory Road Dusk Stone can only be obtained once players have the National Dex. This Dusk Stone is in the lower left part of the cavern. For the Grand Underground Dusk Stone, players need to head to the beach on Route 213 and use the Explorer Kit to reach Bogsunk Cave.
